Belinda Mason CF MSc. GMBPsS
Founder of Regulate Psychology
BPS Accredited Consultant Psychologist
Belinda started Regulate Psychology in order to be able to help people just like her. She held a frontline role in the UK Emergency Services for more than 20 years before becoming a Psychologist in 2022.
She knows how it feels to love the work you do, but to also find cumulative or sudden exposure to traumatic experiences or material corrosive to wellbeing.
As a Winston Churchill Fellow (2018) and Movember Grant Recipient (2020) Belinda has travelled the world researching trauma and wellbeing interventions. She knows first-hand how to shorten the journey from burnout, despair or hopelessness back to wholeness.
Working mostly with emergency services personnel and their families she can help you to eliminate confusion or chaos and restore equilibrium, focus and calm.
Regulate Psychology provides Trauma-informed Counselling and Coaching alongside Corporate Workshops on Resiliency and Wellbeing, Medico-legal reports and Adult and Child ADHD Assessments.
